    well-equipped kitchen
    unclean bbq facilities

The self-contained kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals .

We encountered issues with the BBQ facilities as one of them was rusty and appeared unmaintained.

Wally the owner was very friendly and helpful. We only had to walk 2 mins to the Port Arthur Historic Site and we were able to book tour tickets for the Historic site with Wally. Very beautiful garden and nice, clean room with fully functioning amenities. If only we'd been able to stay longer!

    Can't think of any negatives.

    Perfect location for history lovers

Staying at Port Arthur Villas was a good experience! The access gate to the historic site right across the road made our explorations convenient. The clean and spacious two-bedroom villa had a full kitchen, and we loved the useful amenities like extra pillows and blankets.

Our villa showed signs of age, and the proximity to neighbors resulted in some noise. The lighting along the path to the historic site was minimal, necessitating a flashlight for night walks.

The staff was genuinely helpful - I will be back. Everything was very good, had a perfectly pleasant stay for my visit to port arthur. The hotel was in a handy location, close to restaurant. The room was beautifully maintained, and good modern, with a lounge area and coffee I needed...

It's close proximity to not only Port Arthur conservation area , but as we found out a whole range of other natural sites. The variety of birds was fascinating to watch too!

Our tv watcher found the position of the tv was next to the table'& chairs & kitchen, so someone always seemed to be in front of it.

The place was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Situated in lovely spot close to the historic site but also surrounded by fields where ponies grazed. The bathroom was clean and had a good, hot shower. Room heating was excellent too. All in all highly recommended.

The warm welcome made our stay memorable, and the studio was wonderfully equipped, even with kitchen basics. Just a heads up—be prepared for a small bed and sharing dish duties if you want to avoid extra fees. I'd stay again!

What a delightful stay, no reason to complain. Lovely hotel with pleasant view over gardens. Awesome assortment of milk and slices of fresh bread for breakfast. Spotless room and updated, with a lounge and coffee.

    no recommendations

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the historic site. The studio was spacious and super clean, equipped with a full kitchen ideal for a cozy stay. The absence of on-site staff left me without helpful recommendations or guidance, as I had to retrieve and return keys from a box. Despite this, the stay was reasonably priced with great amenities.
